About Sleeve City

Established in 1997, Sleeve City is one of the oldest and most respected retailers of multimedia packaging on the internet. We were founded and are still run by music lovers and audiophiles, and our dream was to sell the best vinyl record sleeves in the world. We have since expanded to cover optical discs and cassettes, but our focus has always been vinyl and our record sleeves are renowned worldwide for their quality and durability. We ship out of our warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee, one of the music capitals of America, home of the original Delta blues, Elvis, Sun Studios, Stax Records, and now the leading lights of Dirty South hip-hop. For nearly a hundred years, the future of music has happened first in Memphis.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. To this end, we offer free samples, no-hassle returns, a customer service hotline where any customer can speak to an employee about products during business hours, fast shipping within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, and no restocking fees if you return within 14 days of receiving your order. We ship not just to the US but worldwide. International customers should read our shipping FAQ prior to placing an order.


You may return any item in new condition for any reason within 15 days of receipt. You may elect to either receive a refund for the merchandise (less shipping) or exchange the merchandise. Any shipping costs you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Our goal is for you -- our customer -- to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you purchased is not what you desired, then please contact our office within 15 days of receipt by opening a customer service ticket for a Return Authorization. We will then create a return authorization which will be emailed to you as an Adobe Acrobat email attachment. You must have a proper Return Authorization to include with your return and the number must be noted on the outside of the box or the package will be refused.

Defective/Wrong Merchandise Shipped
Defective merchandise and shipping errors will be corrected at no expense to you. We will issue a return label and reship, if necessary. Again, please open a customer service ticket for a Return Authorization.
