Dealing with the company was no problem. USPS, however, I didn't get what I paid for. It took several days from label printing to the USPS actually scanning the packages. I ordered on March 22nd. It was marked "shipped" on the 26th. I paid for 2-day priority mail, I believe. I received the package on April 7th. That's 11 days.
USPS failed the company. Do not use them as an option as Memphis PO seems to be very backed up at present.
